General Terms
1. Commissions are to be made through Artistree. This is to help prevent fraud/scandals as well as ensure payment is secure.2. All commissions will come with a watermark/signature that you may NOT remove. In addition you may NOT use my artwork to train any AI software or similar generative programs.3. Completed commissions will be sent digitally sent through Artistree. Additional copies of the completed artwork may be sent through a different platform (e.g. Discord)4. Completed commissions may have the chance of being posted on my social media. If you do not want your commission posted then please let me know ahead of time!5. I have the right to reject any commissions if I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.6. By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary.7. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

Payment
1. I currently accept only USD. and payments will be done through PayPal via Artistree2. Commissions must be paid fully upfront upon ordering
Cancellation Policy
1.The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission. (You will be notify when I have started said commission)2. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.3. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.4. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
DISCLAIMER
1. If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
Copyright / Usage Policy
I, Mewfun83:-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio
